I have only ever heard good things about them from their drivers. Their pay scale is lower than some of the carriers out there, but they seem to keep people busy. It is all on what flavoe of ice cream you want. In this industry you have so many different flavors "AKA business models" that they should have a brochure to read before you make your final decision. I'm considering putting my van and my driver on with All-State and I think it would be a sound business decision based on what I've seen from their drivers. I hope this helps.

I've heard the same. Trying to verify or disprove. Thank you for input.

That one I never understood while there. If my memory serves me correct, they use the ?Fleetone card. Sure, the "Over the road" version is not really set up for gas purchases, but it can be used that way. The Fleetone "Local" version of the card is designed for gas purchases.I mean, how difficult can it be to just give the van gasser guys the local card, and the diesel users the over the road card, instead of going through the b.s. of having to get a comcheck every time you need gas? Talk about time consuming and in-efficient. They also need to lift the daily limit on diesel/gas purchases as well, if they havent already done so.

I have been with them for over a year....Great company to be with....They will get you out of alot of areas that will have 2-3 of the competition's vans setting there when you drop...Dispatchers like all companies do have there favorites(just keep them on your side) and will run you like crazy!!! Most weeks i will average 3000-3500 miles a week!!!! That's enough to keep a single driver like me happy!!! Good luck to everyone and have a Merry Christmas...And also as always BE SAFE OUT THERE!!!

You said ''Most weeks i will average 3000-3500 miles a week!!!''. What do you mean by this?

I guess you can average 3000 miles per in the winter and 3500 in good weather.
If he said I averaged 3123 miles for every full week I was out I'd be impressed on his knowledge of his bussiness.
When I hear I average 3000 to 3500 I assume he's guessing.
Most on here do it.
If he said I ran 144,327 miles, spent 27 weekends home, and 31 full weekdays, he's a guy I'd listen to closely. He knows what he's doing.

First we dont know if is a cargo van driver or ST. Second ,c'mon ,I'm in this business since 2005 and I never saw 3000k miles average per week. Plus I have a close friend who drive a cv for AllState ,he never refuse a load , and if he get 1500 miles per week he is happy. Yes he had weeks with 2000, 2500 but also he had weeks with 800 miles or 600....

According to his profile...he is in a c/v..yah i agree..1500 is a good avg. 3,000 seems a little inflated..

Trust me, is not a company where you average 3k per week. Not on van, sprinter or st.Who says that is a liar . And I can bet on this...

A liar ?

Maybe former recruiter who believes what he's been told to say ?

Overstating an accomplishment by 100% is a LITTLE inflated .

I can say and agree that they are good at sending you into weird, off the wall places with a load, but in the same token, they are good at getting you out of those strange areas as well. I did good there, but am happier where I am at now. Why don't they have a place on e.o. in the carrier forums?

Well, because at 3000-3500 miles a week, one simply wouldn't have the time to post on a forum.

Well as most have there opinions on here i will try to get this a little easier to understand....Most weeks i will avg. 3000-3500 miles, now as all cvers i will put in a week with 1500 miles. I was just saying that on a normal week that is what i average.. Took a load to Tampa,Fl from Columbus, Oh...Then from Tampa to Atlanta...Then Atlanta to Waterloo, Ia...Then from there to Detroit...I am just saying that if you get along well with the dispatchers and don't turn down any loads that they will run you!!! I come home every 2 weeks and will stay in 4-5 days for family time...So all that are saying that i lied about this i guess that i should have been more clear and stated that on most weeks i will get 3000-3500 miles a week!!! Now that we are in the slower times i am going to be happy with the 1200-1500 miles a week!!!!
