AC Lines rubbing on DD 13 short hood

Heads up for DD13 short hood Cascadias

We were called by our dealer today to check for wear on the AC lines from the condenser to the compressor. The hood cable has been found to rub through the lines when the hood is closed right at the condenser.

Bob put a length of heater hose over the lines to protect them from chafing.

I think Bob did a smart thing! Last time I had to deal with chafing, I used Desitin on it; the baby girl I applied it to goes to college in 3 weeks. Where does the time go?
