I'm not sure what you are asking for- do you want to REGISTER your truck through Oklahoma to avoid sales tax? Or are you talking about bobtail NTL insurance? That will be based on where you reside and won't have anything to do with OK unless you live there. I use Fern Bennett for my OK IRP plate: 405-525-0470. Give them a call and they will tell you what you need to send to them.

I don't know where you live, but here in Michigan you don't have to pay sales tax, either. Our plate runs about $500 and the only extra cost is a stamp to mail the papers to Lansing. Got insurance with a local broker, too.
I also use Fern Bennet in Oaklahoma City for my annual registration.Living in Florida I would have had to pay about $3500 in sales tax on my last purchase but by titling it there I saved the sales tax charge.It is important to get your IRP mileages and other info in early as they do get swamped at the end of the year.She can also get you your own authority if you want to go that route.
