Here's one for EO's biggest supporter of Law Enforcement Officers....amonger.

:) :) :)

Wayne County Sheriff Busted, Citizen Ask Officer to Obey Mi. Law - YouTube

Enjoy.................

1. Laws mandating seat belt use are, themselves, illegal, being that they violate the security of my person, something prohibited for the government to do by the Bill of Rights.

2. Tactically speaking, it's foolish to expect cops to wear them on duty. If a woman is being assaulted and the perp runs off, the cop should be able to spring from his vehicle and pursue without getting hung up in his seat belt.

3. However, not only is it illegal for cops to enforce seatbelt laws, it's immoral and unethical under the way the law is currently enforced for cops to enforce it while they, themselves, violate it.

I'm wondering which part of the Constitution you think it violates. I just think it's bloated government, strong armed by the feds, and paid for by the insurance companies.

I like the last part, about them ushering him out of court. They don't like it when you know your rights, and demand them before 'his honor'.

And they probably checked the box on the citation that said "troublemaker".
