I think I get the gist of what he is saying.
I've notice that he seems to cough quite a bit. Could be just allergies or something. But if Trump coughed as much as him it would be a running narrative with the DNC news media.
The other day in Vegas he pulled his mask down below his chin, coughed into his hand, and then pulled the mask back up. He follows the science.
I'm not quite sure Joe has a handle on the concept of not touching his face after grabbing the outside of his mask.
