I'm posting this because I thought it might be of interest to some. I know many of us wear them and this one is made in America and has a unique 10 year gaurentee.

Full disclosure, the blog this link points to was penned by my daughter. I am posting because I found the product interesting not because she wrote it.

There will NEVER be a day in my life when I spend $89 to $125 on "Sweatshirt".................Period.

Could really care less if that Sweatshirt was made to last 10 years or not..............

You can get Quality named Hanes and Fruit of the Loom Hoodie Sweatshirts at Sears, JC Penney, Kohls, etc on sale for $9.99 Each.............AND............I bet I have a few of 'em stuck back in my closet somewhere that I bought 5-10 years ago that still look good today.

This Guy really believes he just RE-Invented Sliced Bread.........Perfected the Ice Cube...........Etc.

Yeah..............Right.

If only bullet holes were covered under the warranty.

Be nice now.
Hey, I waited nearly a whole day before posting that. The wait was killing me.

You know, they have Kevlar hoodies. Same price as the 10 year hoodies. No 10 year warranty, though. Then there's the Defender Hoodie which is actually bullet-proof. That one's like $600, tho.

I guess the bulletproof model is the one Trayvon Martin should have been wearing. ;-)

(Forget waiting a whole day, I couldn't wait a whole minute to post that one.......heehee)

Bullet proof? I may believe bullet resistant, not bullet proof. I would like to do the testing on that one myself. Skepticism could go a LONG way to keeping a person alive.

I only waited about a minute, it was not worth any more time than that! :p

The Defender Hoodie is bullet proof in the same respect that a bullet proof vest is bullet proof. It is a hoodie with 2mm of Type IIA bulletproofing that is strong enough to stop a 9mm full-metal-jacket round at a velocity of 1,090 feet-per-second.

I would like to do the testing on that one myself.
Awesome. I promise not to use anything bigger than 9mm. :D

LOL!! I planned on using a "test dummy", name's will not be mentioned!

A 9MM? That's funny! That's not "bullet proof", that's barely pea shooter proof! :p
