This article is very interesting and at the same time once someone figures out how to chemically create a meat that we will find tolerable many will never taste "real" food.

One of the comments was that in 1840 70% of the American labor force worked in agriculture and in 2000 barely 2% of the American labor force works in agriculture.

Now though there is corn and cows everywhere....
