The article, and its author, is a joke.

No it doesn't. It doesn't add any credence to it at all. It's an unfounded accusation written by someone who didn't even take credit for the piece, placed into the "Entertainment Section" of the Blog. It's made up.

Air Force Two goes everywhere Air Force One goes. Always.

That's like saying Los Angeles will be plagued by traffic jams during Obama's visit. Dubai is plagued by traffic jams every day of the week nearly 24 hours a day no matter who is visiting. It's regarded as the one of the worst cities for traffic congestion.

I'm surprised he missed the opportunity to write that they have a second plane exclusively for the dog. <snort>

Although I'm not a fan, that's completely feasible for any First Lady. I'd be surprised if the whole floor and the rooms below and above weren't rented for security and security personnel.

But I'll repeat, I'm not a fan, but I would imagine one could plug in just about ANY first lady's name in this story. True or not.

If we knew the under the table deals to family members in government , there would not be enough ink here to type it out. There is no end to what the Presidents spend on vacations and all the other envelopes of cash or tickets that get sent to him or her and the list goes on and on.

Corruption and bad manners will always be in the WH. IMHO, MO should be doing work in the states where it counts, not jet setting here and there while the poor man pays the band. When was the last time MO or OB visited Gary Indiana, yeah rite on that... 5 times, 10 times,hmmm.

Its all about the Show, not the do, and greed, and corruption , both are related....

Well she has her own jet why not stay at a top notch hotel.. Obama taxed corporate jets from CEO's who earn them and he burns the sky up with AF 1. She gets an AF jet as well.
And to those saying Romney wouldn't pay less, well it's Romney's money not the tax payers. He's more entitled than this looser 1st family in the White House.

I don't recall Romney ever making a promise to pay for his wife's travel and accommodations if he were to be elected. Are you saying that he did??
I am not saying that he didn't, just that I don't recall it. Help me out here. :confused:

Difference in my book is attitude. When this country was founded, we had rich landowners, army generals, and various "white collar" variety leadership but they seemed to understand and attempt to serve the public, and the good. We all pulled the same wagon, and it matter little who ran the show.

Over time....it's become a let em eat cake attitude, and if this populace actually believes these people give you a passing thought for the day? Got a bridge I'll sell ya. :D

I'm sure if Romney was in OB's place it would probably be the same as it has been through out history. He's not in office so he's paying for it with his own money is the way I took it. Michelle O'B has 32 handlers that work only for her. Whoever made up the budget for people to operate the way they do should be held accountable. Obama is hell bent on taking things away from the private sector and enriching himself. History has a place for him like the old Kings and Dictators did when they were toppled. Anyway I'll stop my rant.
