My Grandson has just returned from basic at Fort Jackson, SC. His Mom and I , Grandmother,and 15 year old brother attended the graduation. We spent 2 days there.
But that is not the most important part.
When my Grandson returned to Chattanooga, he had to attend high school for one day and what did he notice::
THE LACK OF RESPECT , that many of the students there have for their teachers and the ROTC instructors at the school. Hey!!! He learned something in Boot Camp. He went off as a boy, and now a young man has come home with a different attitude....Mission accomplished, he did learn something......amen.
PS 1,045 soldiers graduated that day, lots of proud parents and grandparents....
