I heard from our dispatcher, that Ford Motor Co., has several plants, stating that they no longer will have cargo vans haul into these plants. The only trucks allowed in will have to be dock high. Has anyone heard about this happening?

Does anyone know of a good way to stay warm in my gas powered cargo van? I am not sure if I should leave my van running, while I sleep, since the threat of carbon monoxide. My exhaust system has no leaks, but should I really trust that? Does anyone have any ideas, like water heaters, or inside...
