I was given a warning in 2001 , broke 48 hour rule and had my cigs taken by Can Customs....have been a good boy since, with no problems getting accross in the U.S or Canada......question is, can I apply for and get a FAST card.....or would I still be on their S#@t list. If on that list at all...

I have been expediting now for 4 years,but am getting to the point were the economy is going to sink me.Still hanging in there,but when fuel prices start hitting 1.75, 2 bucks a gal I'm not sure I will be able to keep going,wwith out some serious surcharg help........how about you guys?
