Las Vegas and Phoenix are on the list but not Los Angeles or any city in the Bay area? As a west coast guy I have NEVER seen anything come out of Vegas, and barely anything out of Phoenix. LA and the Bay areas are where the work is.

It didn't come with an owners manual nor any maintenance documentation. I'm pretty sure the glove box is empty. The van is at the shop now getting checked out and getting fluids changed so I don't have access to it at this time.
