Ok great, is it safe to say any hino dealer should be capable of doing it?

I've got one for you. My 06 Hino 268 is being replaced by a 2014 268A. It has a service body with pto operated crane and compressor. It's not idling up when I turn on the compressor. So I need to either figure out how to program the truck to idle up with the pto or I could swap the throttle...
