Thanks for the feedback and I am aware this is not an "ideal" option but the opportunity is like right now and alot quicker than I anticipated but the dealer I was working with wants more time as an O/O before they will finance... Can we say a rock and a hard place it seems... Opportunity but...

Curious if anyone here is looking to climb out of their road tractor and instead of trying to sell which now a days is quite difficult with economy allow an operator with a LOI in hand from a carrier the opportunity to utilize a truck they can hold note on while payment plus possible revenue...
