Driving for a fleet owner makes a lot of sense, but what I don't like about it is the amenities in a lot of the vans ive seen are rather lacking....a lot of them don't even have heaters.

They were. Their freight bills have xpo on them and everything. I asked a semi driver and he said the trucks should be getting changed over soon.
