with your on going problems, sounds like you just need to rip it all out and have it rebuilt the proper way...this patchwork of repairs is costing you big time... I know...not a lottery winner....

actually I buy them $1.00 just plain salads at times as a side dish...it is just enough and there is no waste... are you going on a specific diet? or just cutting back on the carbs and fats?
