From what I know of your justice system, it's not up to the jury to decide who they thought did it, but rather if there was reasonable doubt that the accused did it. Pretty cut and dried to what their mandate is.

Why would her lawyer be disbarred? Look at what he has to work with, practically nothing. His job is to convince one member of the jury that there is some doubt, nothing more. And based on the OJ trial, there's plenty of dopes out there. :p So throw a bunch of theories out there and see if one...
