    Rotate and Balance Drive Tires

We did have a bad air bag on that side. Ended up replacing both sides last month. The odd wear is some of the lugs on the inside row are worn much more than others. No pattern to it.

    Rotate and Balance Drive Tires

How often do you rotate and balance your drive tires? We have 60,000 miles on this set and one inside tire is showing some odd wear on the inside tread.

Need Help Finding Straps to Buy

I was wondering what you could be hauling with your weight capacity that would require 8 straps that big? Glad to hear you don't need them after all.

New Driver - Now having MPG Issues - Questions??

Have there been any odd charges? Such as fueling twice at the same truck stop on the same day. I once had a driver offer to put $400 of fuel in my tanks for $300 cash. Said he needed the cash because he couldn't withdraw any off of his fuel card.

New Driver - Now having MPG Issues - Questions??

Our fuel mileage usually increases slightly (.25 to .5 MPG) when we change fuel and air filters. We also use Howes Meaner Cleaner to help keep the injectors and fuel system clean.

Fee Parking at Truck Stops...the new future?

Since we almost always fuel, shower and eat where we park, and the pay to park truck stops except that as payment, we won't have any problems with them charging. A lot of truck stops are over run with local trucks parking at them while the drivers go home at night. The truck stop makes nothing...

    Abandoned

In my opinion it would have to be a rare cicumstance for a truck to be towed all the way to the reciever. With all the expedite carriers and trucks roaming this great country it seems that a transfer could be arranged. When we were hit by lightning earlier this year a transfer was arranged and...

    Flat Rate Trucks

When we were flat rate we rarely sat. 16000 miles for a team and 8000 miles a month for a solo is doable. We came back as a percentage truck and are doing great. Sent from my PG06100 using EO Forums

    Is it that slow?

When we were on flat rate we never left home until dispatched. And we live in Florida. I definetly would not have DH'ed 200 miles on a Thursday or Friday without a load. Especially before a 3 day weekend. On percentage we would have waited until Monday evening and then if not dispatched DH'ed to...
