5406 series? Top row- reverse is far left, then 1st, 3rd, 5th. Just hoping someone would jump in theirs a check the throw in 1st gear.

2003 IHC 4300 - When I shift into 1st. the stick STILL goes way forward almost to the dash, compared to 3rd & 5th. The aluminum top cover had some wear in the spring / ball detent pocket so put a new one on along with a new shift bar. The fork looks OK & I have no problem dropping the assembly...
