Like i've said before, ultra-max solitary is ok in my book. Throw away the key. Just do not execute somebody that did not do the crime.

I don't think anybody on this board ever said anything different. The problem is, we can not be 100% sure the accused is the guilty party. Therefore the risk of executing somebody that did not do the crime, is too great to continue this practice.

Like you said, There is no answer to a very complicated problem. With that said, I still prefer to err on the side of caution.

Oh, I got that a long time ago. There are those that believe Death is the only answer, however.

I don't think those of us that are against the death penalty would object to this. The guilty must be punished and punished severely.
