Clarity with the new built in scanner is much better which is a huge help for admin on billing. Reduces the number of customer rejecting and requesting a clearer copy or us having to call the driver to dry and re-scan. Sent from my iPad using EO Forums

It certainly isn't a good thing.

I am too. Hoping this is the old school seasonal slow down and things pick back up. Govt is open again, and I think they need to get a trade deal done with China too.

We have been working on this with our technology team and our drivers and it just keeps getting better and more powerful!!!
