    A new month...

No Glen I never had a problem with a transaction and I hope it stays that way! I like being able to get those reconciliation sheets to match and since we buy about 99% of our fuel from TA/Petro it works out very well for us.

    Learning to talk

We are still in the learning curve and I had a really positive experience last week. Our truck was scheduled for new graphics and we did not go out of service. An agent called and had a load picking up not to far from us with an ASAP pickup. I told her we would not be available for a load...

    Which Lane

I have also used the center lane when going through cities and the heavier the traffic the more I stick to the center lane. While talking with some veteran drivers they were askance that I would do such a thing. Both drivers said just what dalejrroks said they say in the right lane slow down a...

    Considering Team Expediting.... Opinions?

You have the same story as many of us! We became empty nesters and decided to see the United States and that many years ago and we are still having the time of our lives. I would suggest getting your Hazmat endorsement as the more qualifications you have the more opportunity to make money...

    Simple Question

How long is your long term?A simple question with an answer that's difficult to embrace. What are you willing to give up today in exchange for something better tomorrow? Next week? In ten years? Your long term is not the sum of your short terms. Seth Godin

When going through a city on an Interstate with more then two lanes which lane is safest? Which lane do you stay in to be safest and legal. I have heard both stay in the middle lane or second lane from the right and others stay in the right lane. Staying in the center lane we do not have to...

In the winter I watch the weather and if I know we are going to deliver going through a blizzard or going to deliver at the same time a blizzard is going to hit we will turn down a load. Getting stuck in the weather for a couple days, getting shut down due to the roads closed, or having an...
