It is natural sugar but eaten in small quantities it is not all bad. I have also given eating fruit very often and have found that sometimes a piece of dried fruit cures my craving for something different.

Personally I like most dried fruit. I just tried Mango and Kiwi which I really like but I will not buy again as it is to sweet to eat. I like this article as it talks about the benefits of dried fruit and like anything it is easy to over indulge which then makes it bad for you...
