I stumbled across it and decided to check it out. There are not a lot of drivers on there, and it is not very active, but, there is a good bit of info about agents and Landstar in general, that could be beneficial. I figure, if I find 1 good agent or avoid 1 bad one, it was worth it. Greg

While I debated whether or not to link to the site , another forum, it is hardly competition. It is not about expediting, only about Landstar. If it violates the eo-code-of-conduct, I will remove it.

There is a forum just for BCOs. It is www.BCOForum.com You must be a BCO and get approval before you can access the site. It seems to be geared toward flats, SD and LB, but here is a lot of good info there.

Thanks for the tip on the Sworkit app. I've been using it since your recomendation. I really like the yoga and strength exercises. They have become part of my morning routine. I can do these right in the truck/ sleeper.

Chicken breast with veggies and rice and quinoa. Or soup and sandwich. Peanut butter and crackers

Granola bar or dry cheerios.

Turkey or fat free ham sandwich with baby spinach and mustard.
