The problem was resolved. This was back in 2008. He found work and all is well now. He did everything right. It's just the name calling I object to. He was not being lazy.

Sorry to disappoint you, but yes it is a very complex issue. The first thing we need to do to get it under control is stop all the chest thumping and name calling.
