Do all companies require newer vehicles?

You just have to ask the recruiters for the various companies. They do tend to make exceptions. For example if you live in a area where they consistently fail to cover a load for lack of vehicles.

    Fatigued Driving

    Fatigued Driving

Fatigued driving will never be eliminated by any amount of rule making. A fully compliant driver can be a victim any time the body wants to. The driver has to be alert to the warning signs and listen to his body. Distracted driving should be getting more of our attention these days.
