That is a mystery. We only did 1 replacement in 650,000 miles and that was at about 300,000 miles and it was just starting with a weep.

I always hesitate on the Sprinter because of a lack of dealers nationwide for warranty work. 50 freightliner & 50 Mercedes. Is this still the case? I know it's a great van and I guess the warranty period is short. :)

I have a Carrier at my Missouri location. It's a 13500 with less than 25 hours on it, I guess I'll try to use it on a new van in the summer.

What type of AC? If it's a RV AC it'll probably be a 13500 btu or a 10500? I have a Yamaha 2000 and it runs a small heater fine for about 6-7 hours with the heat @ 750 watts;however, it won't start my 13500 on 1 of my RV's.:)
