Back in the day expediters with conventional vans often got a retro-fit roof like a Turtle Top to increase interior headroom. Looks like the opposite is trending. Buy a mid or high roof van and convert it to a low roof van.

The first thing I would check is the fuses or circuit breakers. If those are good then it could be a short somewhere in the wiring to the door. BTW, how's that large brass horn working for you?;)
