From what I have heard from other owners it goes both ways, you have some bad owners no doubt but also you have so many drivers that always think the grass is greener somewhere else. They drive for a little while then they meet someone else and get to talking next thing you know they're gone...

I noticed that most newly built S/T that they are building now have ultrashift or automatic transmissions. Maybe i am just old school but i love my stick shift, is it common for people to buy a stock truck say with a ultrashift and convert it to stick shift or is this just unheard of? Thanks...

I run solo FEDEXCC the most important thing i would ask you would be what area do you live near? If your near a busy freight area you could stay busy and still be home quite a bit. But if you live in a bad area you just have to find the good place to be. I would say fedex keeps me pretty busy...
