Plain and painfull NO !!!!!

Remember the old saying "When guns are outlawed only outlaws will have guns". Street gangs in Chicago are heavly armed and do not hesitate to use it. Case in point an Officer was killed in the parking lot of the Police Station by a gang banger.

At different time my wife and I have layed over at a State Campgrounds, most are free or a small charge. Most have restrooms and showers and everyone talks to you.

Since 1996, I've had 3 cargo vans, 2 with Roberts/FedEx and 1 with Con-Way Now/Panther, all were Chevy one ton extended van with 6 liter V8s, good trucks all.

Let me tell you about Flying J in Sioux Falls, SD, yesterday during a rather violent storm, motorist, truckers and others were told to leave the truck stop after they lost power. This was told to me by my daughter and son in law who with 3 young children sat in there car during heavy rain high...

We live in the Chicago area and I would like to have a 32 hour home time, most of the time we hd to go out of service just to get some rest and do laundry, we would still get call asking us to take a load. Ahhhh the good old days.
