This year we talked a lot more about high capacity vehicles versus cargo vans. The questions asked were more in depth. We covered insurance, operation costs, load securement, as well as general questions. The crowd this year seemed as if they have been doing their research and were prepared.

I wanted to thank everyone who attended the class at 8 am this morning, before the show even started. I appreciate the input and the questions that were asked. Thank you again so much.

Not always. There are the lovely times when Chris finds in necessary to call every 45 minutes asking where you are and why you're not on time. Probably the exact same reason I wasn't when you called me last time.
