Don't throw away your paper maps!

There are always options but in the situation we were in the quickest way to see the route was to look at a paper map and it worked great after we wiped the dust off of it...

    Gaming is changing.

Hey Slo-Ride I finally made it to level 9 in Ingress and still hoping to be level 10 by the end of the year. It is really hard to get level 8 resonators though.

    My Battle of the Bulge

That does look really good. I just did a video on making cauliflower & cheese as a substitute for Mac & Cheese that is very quick and easy to make in the truck. I am also going to have to try this crust.

Anyone track their loads on a map?

Moot did you add your loads!!! I am trying not to use my Streets and Trips but what I find I really miss is putting in point A to point B to easily look over the route when it goes cross country. I like that I do not have to be on internet to see the route.

    Health Care Sharing

Does any one use a health care sharing program? Still trying to figure out an insurance or program that will work for us without paying out thousands a month for something we do not use. Are the Health Share Programs a way to get away from Obama Care? If using a Health Share Program it does...

Anyone track their loads on a map?

I have been using Streets and Trips for many years to track where we pickup and deliver our loads. Where I have a pin dropped I am able to put in information such as if we can park their over night or contact info. I am upgrading my computer and Streets and Trips will no longer work on what...

    landstar

We have been here two years this month. What we have learned is that the more you put into Landstar working with agents the more loads and that equals increased income. If you want to come to Landstar, sit back and do nothing, that is exactly what you will get "nothing". To me the best...

It's a Team's Life Odd question at Border Patrol Check Point

Well you never know when we will be home and I know our daughter would be thrilled if you cut the grass but you realize there are a few acres of this stuff? Really though Moot after all of these years it would be nice to have a visit and we will not make you work for your coffee.

Don't throw away your paper maps!

I am not a pack rat and more then once I have tried to throw away our huge carriers atlas as we do not use it often. We rely on our GPS and the computer to find where are going. Bob catches me every time I try to throw out the atlas and he puts it back in the closet. Well during the...

It's a Team's Life Odd question at Border Patrol Check Point

The shed has been there since we moved to the area in 2009 and probably the only reason we noticed it was that our daughter pointed it out. Next time you are in the area let us know and we could at least meet you for a coffee or a meal.

It's a Team's Life Odd question at Border Patrol Check Point

Hey Moot isn't that a cool sight at the Walmart? I have not seen many Walmarts that supply a nice shed and the tools to clean up after the horse in their parking lot.

It's a Team's Life Odd question at Border Patrol Check Point

They did check the truck as it was inspected inside and out by people as well as a dog. They were very nice guys and they had a sense of humor which made it fun.
