Sorry it took so long to respond, but I very seldom check my messages. PLT is a good company to work for, but I don't know how many miles the sprinters run a week, but I believe it's about $1.00 a mile, and then the FSC. I don't run nearly the amount that you are running, but it's by my choice. Hope to see you May 17 at the Quality Inn for the short seminar.
