    I have a 2007 Sprinter with 817000 mile. With all the horror stories about the DEF I'm leaning to new motor and trans. Any suggestions?

    DEF did not start until 2010. Why are you concerned about DEF if your vehicle doesn't use it.

    treadmill he is trying to decide to buy a brand new van or fix his up. did you see he has 817k miles on it. rebuilt motor and new trans for a sprinter is about $20k
