I would like to make others aware of the business practices at Load One. It seems that fleet owners have carte blanche when it comes to the revenue of their drivers. It seems Mr. Santana is endorsing the theft of the drivers by the fleet owners. I have worked for 2 fleet owners in 8 months,(one with the assistance of the company dispatch). Each has stolen $2500 or more from me. When I sought assistance from Mr. Santana, he told me their was nothing he could do. Word to the wise, be extremely careful when driving for a fleet owner at Load one.
