Tennessee Contract Carriers, Inc. is hiring full-time CDL A Regional/OTR Dry Van Drivers in Gordonsville, TN. Compensation:

Average annual pay: $60,000 - $70,000
48 - 53 CPM, depending on experience
Average weekly miles: 2,500-3,000
Additional Pay:
Breakdown pay: $25 per hour
Detention pay: $25 per hour
Stop pay: $40
Short haul pay on loads less than 300 miles
Referral Bonus: $1,000 paid as $200 per month
Paid weekly via direct deposit

Schedule: Out 5 - 5½ days
Route: OTR, primarily east of Interstate 35, No NYC!
Average run returns to mid-TN every other day
Out and back dispatch
Reloads booked in advance
Level of touch: No-touch freight

Late model Mack Anthem and International Prostar & LT Sleeper Trucks
Automatic Transmission
Amenities: New Mattresses, XM Radio
Tablet ELD with Motive/Keep Trucking Logs and Dispatch Integration
Outward facing cameras
Qualifications:

Must be at least 23 years of age
Must have CDL A license
Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with a clean driving record
No more than 3 vehicle violations within the last 3 years
Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
No DUI/DWI in the last 7 years
No felony convictions in the last 7 years
Must be able to pass a background check and required pre-employment drug screen
