BT Expediters is one of the biggest fleets in FedEx Custom Critical. We are a family-based company with hands-on learning from the owners, who do not micromanage - but offer training if needed. We strive to give our drivers the best opportunities available, in return, we have a low turnover rate. Our drivers were awarded 2 Elite Fleet Awards for the last 3 years.
Across the bridge from Louisville, KY - conveniently located within 100 mile radius of several custom critical POIs - including Louisville KY, Brooks KY, Indianapolis IN, and Bloomington IN - we have a shop with a driver's lounge with shower, washer/dryer, parking - with electrical hookups, and company vehicles for drivers to drive. A LOT OF OUR DRIVERS HANG OUT HERE ON THE WEEKENDS WHEN THEY'RE IN TOWN.
On-site, we have a mechanic who does routine truck maintenance including oil changes, shocks, APU service, etc. We also have a Thermoking, Carrier, and tire shop located within 5 minutes from our shop.
We are looking for 2 qualified teams to join our fleet and start immediately. We pay 60% FLAT rate - drivers pay for work accident. PLUS we pay out monthly bonus incentives.
